Neither wind nor rain, could keep the joy away from Sean and Keleigh, as they exchanged their vows in front of their loved ones, both in person and via Zoom, under the forest canopy of Rathtrevor Beach Park overlooking the Straight of Georgia.
“There are only so many things that can be planned for and it’s not worth worrying too much about the things you can’t! COVID-19 and the weather did not factor into our original plans. However, the day was perfect and we wouldn’t have it another way!” - K+S
Little Bee Blooms provided the stunningly colourful florals that made up the bridal bouquet, and decorated the ceremony and reception site. The couple will have a celebratory dinner at their favorite Cuckoo Trattoria in 2021, however this year, Keleigh’s parents transformed their backyard into an intimate wedding-venue worthy of envy!
“Having a relaxed dinner with family in the backyard, with beautiful flowers and twinkle lights made it feel very special for the occasion. We also loved our delicious takeaway meal from Cuckoo Trattoria, complete with individual mason jar tiramisu. Old Town Bakery supplied the yummy vanilla wedding cake with fruit, custard and jam inside!” - K+S
The highlights of the day included their sweet beach-side first look, the meaningful exchange of vows on Keleigh’s favorite childhood beach and Zoom toasts with loved ones that couldn’t be with them in person, until next year!
